Welcome to your perfect mountain vacation in the Eastern Sierras!
Our Mammoth condo is both a quiet retreat with a deck overlooking the pines… AND an action-packed getaway that’s walkable to many Mammoth activities.
Come by yourself for some “me time” or bring your favorite person. The condo sleeps one to five comfortably, but is best suited for a solo trip, a couple, or a few friends.
If you come by yourself, it’s easy to venture out to explore the surrounding area. From the condo, you can walk to the Canyon Ski Lodge and the lift. Then ride the tram to the Village for the shopping, dining, and coffee at a cozy café.
Or walk from the Village from the condo. It’s under a mile away, and you’ll have a good excuse to stop at the chocolate shop for dessert!
We (Debby and John) own and operate this condo ourselves. After 15 years of vacations at the condo, and many more at Mammoth before that, we’ve watched Mammoth get better and better every year. We figured we should let others in on the fun!
Inside the condo we have an updated kitchen and bathrooms with granite, stainless steel appliances, and high-quality finishes. Plus plenty of rustic charm with cozy bedrooms, a plaid sectional gathered around a brick fireplace, and vintage skis on the walls.
Bedrooms include one with a queen bed and a loft with a twin-over-twin bunk and a daybed.
We keep it simple and comfy, because you’ll want to spend a lot of time outside enjoying your pristine surroundings!

MAMMOTH & OUR COMPLEX
Lots of destinations call themselves “four season” but Mammoth walks the walk! Summer has always been my favorite, with trips to the Lake, mountain hikes and BBQs. But every season is worth the trip.
Enjoy the Chamonix Condo amenities like the shared pool (summer), hot tubs (year-round), laundry, gas fire pit and BBQs, a sauna, two-level rec center with pool table, ping pong, and more.
And if you’re up for a day trip, Mammoth is surrounded by gorgeous country. Yosemite National Park is 45 minutes away and many nature preserves are nearby.
If you’re interested in the condo, we recommend booking soon. We’re expecting a busy 2016!
